Are there any special care instructions?

Yes! Here are some easy steps to help keep your jewelry look its best:

  • Apply beauty products such as perfume, body splash, hairspray or deodorant before wearing your jewelry.
  • Make sure you remove your jewelry when you exercise or do anything requiring heavy work and when swimming.
  • After every use, clean yourjewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Avoid using polishing cloths,  jewelry cleaners, or any other chemicals that will damage the finish of your jewelry.
  • If your jewelry needs further cleaning use mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Make sure your jewelry is completely dry before storing.
  • Always store your plated pieces separately in a cloth, pouch or an airtight bag.
  • Make sure your jewelry is stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.

How long does it take for an order to process?

Given the handmade nature of the product order processing time is between 1-3 business days; however, it may take longer depending on volume.

Will I get a notification of my purchase?

Yes! You will receive two emails from us. The first email is a receipt and confirmation of your order which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. The second email will confirm that your order has been shipped.

Can I change the address on my order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lingiron.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

What is your shipping method?

Our store ships from South Florida via USPS. Our Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Once an order is shipped, it can take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on where in the country you are located.

  • To ensure accurate delivery, please make sure you provide correct mailing information prior to shipment. Tracking will be available to ensure that the package is delivered at the address provided.
